01About Us

JD Trade Brazil is the international arm of the companies it serves.

We structure foreign trade operations for companies that need more than a customs broker or a freight forwarder — we design the route, execute each step, and maintain control within your team.

02Who we operate for

Companies with international operations in design, transition, or expansion.

JD Trade serves companies at any stage of foreign trade — from the first shipment to recurring programs, from Brazil outwards and from abroad to Brazil.

01

Industries

That need to import inputs or export production with tax and logistics predictability.

02

Distributors

That operate with imported portfolios and seek to reduce total cost and cycle time.

03

Brands

That wish to take Brazilian products abroad — or bring foreign brands to Brazil.

04

That have never imported and need to design the operation from scratch, with qualification and first shipment.

How we got here

A foreign trade house designed to be responsible for the whole — not just the link.

03How we got here

JD Trade was born to solve what was missing in the chain.

Companies that need to operate internationally usually gather five or more suppliers — trading company, freight agent, customs broker, warehouse, tax consultancy — without any of them being responsible for the whole. Each link sees only its part; the client is the only one who sees the whole.

JD Trade operates in the opposite direction: it concentrates planning and execution in a single flow, with one interlocutor responsible for the entire operation. What exists today is the practical application of this way of working — specific data on trajectory, founding year, and operated volume are presented in the commercial conversation, once the client's scope is clear.

04Principles

Four commitments that sustain each operation.

01

One interlocutor per operation

The same person conducts the diagnosis, presents the proposal, and monitors the execution. You are not transferred between departments.

02

Total cost before starting

The operation only proceeds after the estimated total cost — tax, logistics, and operational — is presented in writing.

03

Documentation prepared for the probable scenario

Each operation is documented for what usually happens, not just for the ideal scenario — including customs channels other than green.

04

Continuous responsibility

JD Trade is responsible for the operation until the goods reach their final destination — it doesn't end at customs clearance, it doesn't end at the destination port.
